Recently I stayed over here and it's an amazing hostel. The host is very friendly and polite. They have gym equipments which is a jackpot for those who are fitness freaks. The location is also amazing as it is situated just opposite to the sea beach. You will have a nice balcony access from where you can watch sunsets and the sea as well. If you like cycles then you will get it from there only by renting it out at an affordable rate. This hostel is situated near the Calicut main beach, also you will get nice food joints nearby which you can explore in the evening. Overall this place is amazing and I really had a nice stay over there. Perfect for solo travellers ❤

My experience is good and I would highly recommend.

I visit Calicut often and have stayed in many hostels and hotels, but Dormar Stay holds a special place in my heart. Maybe it’s the view, the spacious... I visit Calicut often and have stayed in many hostels and hotels, but Dormar Stay holds a special place in my heart. Maybe it’s the view, the spacious house near the sea, or their balcony on the second floor, whatever it is, this place has a charm of its own. As a solo female traveler, I was drawn to the female dorm, which sounds safe and comfortable. The atmosphere is perfect for travelers who love tranquility and a homely vibe. Only problem i found difficult is the Accessibility—public transport is quite a walk away, so having a vehicle or relying on autorickshaws is necessary. Or you can just walk, walk and walk. But if you don’t mind that, this stay is absolutely worth it!
